In-Store Refunds-
Each in-store refund policy varies depending on their policies and procedures. If you have received anything faulty, or damaged please contact me directly as our main goal is keeping our customers happy.
Online Only-
Customized & Monogrammed Products: If you have purchased a custom-designed piece or added a monogram to any stock product it is unfortunately not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.
Non-Customized & Unused Products Purchased : Within the first 15 days after purchase, if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping). Please contact us to alert us if there is any problem prior to shipping it back to us so we have an opportunity to see if there is anything we can do to help. The item must be postmarked no later than 16 days after receipt and needs to be returned in the same condition it was received (no wear or damages) to qualify for the refund.
If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
We ask that you be responsible for all shipping & any tracking costs for returns & exchanges.
